All prices are subject to change. In such an event you will be notified of the changes before work is done. Call for volume discounts and annual agreements to further your savings.

Terms and Payment

Standard terms of sale are net 30 days from the date of the invoice to all firms (hereafter referred to as Purchaser) with acceptable credit ratings, or with credit previously established by CP Health Group (hereafter referred to as CPHG). If the financial condition of the Purchaser is at any time such as to give CPHG, in its judgment, reasonable doubt concerning the Purchaser’s ability to perform the terms of payment specified, CPHG reserves the right to require full or partial payment in advance of shipment, or to ship the order collect-on-delivery. CPHG also reserves the right to withhold shipment or reject orders if the financial responsibility of the Purchaser is unsatisfactory.

Sales Tax

Any sales, use, occupational or other Federal, State or Municipal tax required by law to be added to the sales price and collected and paid by CPHG, will be added to the quoted price. CPHG is only authorized to collect sales tax in the state of California, all out-of-state Purchasers are requested to refer to their proper tax board for the appropriate laws and regulations.

Return Policy

Returns are normally accepted when completed within 30 days of shipment date and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please call an CPHG service representative to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Incorrect Orders

CPHG maintains a quality assurance staff that inspects every order before shipment, however, in the event of an incorrect order, please notify an CPHG representative within 10 days of the shipment date and CPHG will immediately correct the error. Corrected orders will be shipped according to availability.

Delivery & Turn-around Times

Shipping dates are approximate and based upon the prompt receipt of all necessary information from the Purchaser. Turn-around times are based upon the receipt of payment authorization from the Purchaser.

Freight

All prices are F.O.B. Costa Mesa, CA. All shipments are prepaid by CPHG and billed to the Purchaser unless otherwise requested and agreed upon. Federal Express is used whenever possible.

Warranty

CPHG warrants products to perform under normal conditions of use and services.
